Booking Conditions

Bookings made are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation.

To confirm the booking, the guest must make the respective payment as stated in the listing.

The values of booking fees, deposits, cleaning fees, cancellations or other conditions are those announced at any given time in the listing.

All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

 

Payment Methods

Payment for bookings can be made by American Express, Visa, Maestro or MasterCard credit card.

 

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (unless another period is stated in the listing) after a refund request to Mint.

Each booking has a security deposit, which is returned within 2 to 5 days after checkout and inspection of the accommodation.

 

Stay Conditions

The booking holder must be at least 18 years of age and must remain in the booked accommodation throughout the stay.

Guests under 18 may only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult who holds the booking.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

Parties inside the accommodation are not permitted.

 

Check-in and Check-out

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in on the arrival date will be from 16:00.

Check-out is by 10:00 in the morning and all guests must leave the accommodation by the scheduled time.

Any changes to departure and arrival dates and times must be confirmed by the host.

 

Cleaning, Linen and Towels

The accommodation will be cleaned before guests arrive. The basic service includes a set of towels and bed linen.

Any additional cleaning or laundry services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and an additional charge.

Guests must keep the accommodation as tidy and clean as possible.

 

Noise and Safety

By law, the nighttime rest period is between 22:00 and 08:00, so guests must remain quiet.

Bookings for illegal or immoral activities are not accepted.

Guests are primarily responsible for their own safety during their stay.

 

Amendments and Applicable Jurisdiction

The host reserves the right to update their terms and conditions at any time as necessary.

These terms and conditions are subject to Portuguese law.

Portuguese Courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of legal action relating to any booking.
